I'm lucky enough to have met Kim and had amazing spa experiences with her. Staff as you enter are friendly, tons of smiles, and did I mention Kim? She's an amazing woman, does my waxing for me...and I can honestly say, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Well worth the drive, the money. AMAZING environment and Staff! Love them all.
Lovely service, lovely cuts. My boyfriend got a haircut here and they threw in a free bang trim for me. Wow! :D
I have been going to this salon off and on for over 10 years. I have recently found a stylist there that I like and who is reasonably priced. Normally, I would give a more positive review of the salon based on my experience with my stylist. In light of today's events I have to give a low review based on customer service. Today is NYE and I have a wedding tonight. I had an apt scheduled with my stylist for a way and style. I received a call this morning informing me my stylist is sick and won't be in. I totally sympothize with that. I was told they could get me in with another stylist but it would cost $20 more. Which in reality is $24 including the additional tip that would be required. I declined the apt since I couldn't stomach paying that much more for a style. I am surprised that they didn't just give me the apt for the same price considering I am an existing client and it is NYE. It was only a few hours until my apt so it was unlikely they would fill that spot. I am surpised they rather have an empty spot in the schedule vs filling it. I am very disappointed with their customer service today.
I have been going to Body & Sol for over 10 years, even when they were at their old location across the street. I've never had a bad haircut there. They listen to you and make you feel pampered and comfortable. My latest haircut was with Jeni. She was wonderful. I will go back again to Jeni. I also like the fact that you get free bang trims there with no limit.It's a nice salon with the people to match.
