I was a bit nervous about this since I could not see the finished product. I had done my research, looked far and wide, and purchased what I thought would be a high quality table I would enjoy for many years. When it was delivered I was disappointed in the sloppy stain job of the table and chairs. Jon stepped in to immediate problem-solving mode, and found an agreeable resolution. I appreciated his assistance, assurance and communication during a stressful time. He was very professional and polite throughout. Of course, you desire and expect to be happy with the product that you purchase. I travel from 75 miles away to shop at HOM. The staff is very knowledgeable with good suggestions and yet is not pushy. My experience with Mike G in the bedding store was superb. He gave me lots of information but didn't hover during the lengthy time it took me to decide. They deliver for free to my town and I would definitely shop there again and again!

My wife and I walked into this HOM in search of a couch and found one that we liked. We also wanted to purchase a nice chair so we went to the discount section and were helped by John.
