My family has been working with Tim for over 10 years! Tim truly is a great agent to have. He truly understands what his client's needs are, he does an amazing job at finding the best options for you when it comes to your dollars. Tim also has great admins under him who are beyond helpful, the service you get from Tim and his team is what every customer should expect and deserve.
Tim is very personable and very knowledgeable in the business. He has been willing to go to bat for me during two major auto claims (one that was very unique and dynamic), other minor claims, finding gaps in coverage in either home or auto, or even to find a discount here and there. I also like how Tim is willing and able to answer the tough questions when it comes to explaining the inner workings of insurance in general and within Farmers itself with my policy. This is key for someone like me who desires a personalized and informed experience with an insurance provider and agency. A significant chunk of my income goes towards insurance, so why wouldn't I pursue this knowledge?

I have been with Tim's agency for 3.5 years now. I was with various other agencies and providers before that.
