I walk in, greeted, placed my order, #8 billy club on wheat... They started cutting the regular bread so I was like whatever... Then I asked for a water glass, didn't get on till after I got my sandwich, which of course had no lettuce? I asked for no tomato... Which they actually listened to but seriously... No lettuce... Also sandwich didn't tastes fresh. Definitely the worst Jimmy johns interaction
After 1 hour and 30 minutes of waiting for my order to arrive (which I had received correct email confirmation for and everything), I had to call to question where my food was... the man was aggressive and unapologetic, and said they had been waiting for me to call (rather than vice versa) he then continued to say that they delivered it to the wrong house and the people there had already accepted it.... but, tells me that they will deliver my order again. Within the next 15 minutes the delivery guy shows up and gives me my food, so I went inside to eat it and found that the sandwich was completely wrong and I only got my drink with it (even though I had paid for a cookie and chips). Overall, this experience has left me aggravated and I will not be visiting or ordering from this location again.
Very poor customer service. After 1 delivery to my house...which took 30 minutes...i tried to order another delivery a week later and they refused saying my area was outside their delivery area (even though my address pulled up on their computer). I spoke to the manager and asked them to make this one exception and he refused. I said he has poor customer service and if my order was larger and/or I was someone in upper management, he would make the exception. He said no and then he hing up on me. Is this honestly where customer service is going these days? I will never go back to this location.
I absolutely love jimmy johns. It's my favorite place to get decent food. But I've absolutely had it with poor service and attitude when they show up almost two hours late to my door. I won't stop ordering and getting it delivered but I want some of the staff to be looked into a bit. I waited a very long time just for one sandwich and a cookie. Almost 2 hours. Not ok. When the delivery guy came to my door he didn't smile or apologize and instead gave me a rude look and shoved my food in my hand. After I signed he took it and left without saying anything. I hate to complain and I'm not usually that type of person but this was very irritating for me to have waited almost 2 hours just for a small amount of food I could have.
