We definitely love coming here. The staff is always very friendly. The food selections under the new management are fantastic but we love that they've continued the "bucket tradition" from the previous management. The theaters are always clean and the recliners are very comfortable. I love that the seating is not packed together so someone can get up during the middle of a movie to use the restroom and not disturb those around them. Definitely recommend!
The sound in the theater was so quiet I could hear people all around me breathing and could barely hear the movie. It was absolutely rediculous. Hands down the worst movie experience I’ve had. I was very excited to see Star Wars and wasn’t able to enjoy it so now I will need to pay to see it again at a better theater.
I went to Star Wars in 3D and wasn’t given 3D glasses, I had to go back and grab a pair. The glasses were insanely dirty and hard to see through. After I cleaned them there was still a cloudy border.
Everything is too expensive. But they have great seats and it's kept pretty clean. Just a heads up there popcorn tastes gross almost like Styrofoam. You can reserve your seats when you buy your tickets and that's really nice .
The staff was not very welcoming or seemed to care at all about the theater. No smiles, nobody really working, lots of talking to each other. I hope you can fix this theater or it will close in no time!
I came to see a movie and wrote the time down incorrectly by 30 mins, so I showed up too late :(
I recently went here for the first time. The movie I wanted to see (Downsizing) happened to be in a "retro" theater, I guess I was not really sure what that meant until I got in there, unfortunately it was not the best experience (comparable to Hopkins) but now that I know I'll make better selections in the future. Other than that it looks like a nice place and there is plenty of parking.
The seats are the big power recliners, so comfy!
They kindly made an exception to replace my ticket with a later show time, since there was an available seat. Thank you!!! The manager and staff were very kind and helpful. I really appreciate the accommodation they made for my error.
