Always love that new store smell. Aside from their really high prices it's not a bad place. Always see smiles and staff that knows their animals. Very helpful people and very clean place.
Staff is always friendly and are always willing to help. I love the fact they keep the feeder crickets up front and by the fish. I never have to go searching for someone to help. Unlike their competitor Petco down the road. Staff is never available and it takes forever because they keep crickets in separate room. Awesome job Petsmart!
Went in for a nail trim for my 13 year old dog. Never had a problem before, in fact he liked the attention. My dog was shaking, tail between his leg, technician's knee under his stomach to keep him standing and at one point was strangling himself, no effort made to make it easier on him.
Good place for pet stuff, obviously. Prices ok, not great. Some associates not all that familiar with products.
