I had great service here. They were able to get a strain out of my brand new coat. The employee was cheerful which is always nice to see.
If there is any other cleaners near you, I would not use Get Pressed; even if you have to pay more.
Full Disclosure: Sad perhaps, but I'm literally this excited to find a dry cleaner that doesn't suck. So if my review seems a bit overly-positive, rest assured that I have no connection whatsoever to the owners or anyone who works here.
I had great service and a quick turn around here! The manager was extremely helpful and personable! I'll continue to return for sure, it's worth the extra travel!
This has got to be the worst drying cleaning company I have ever used. They have lost items, delivered parts of orders and only delivered the undelivered parts after I had to call in numberous times, and now I have had to call in three times, they have checked with the employee that checked me and also with the driver and they dont' have some of my clothes.
Brought in 2 suits to get cleaned. They were given back to me with wrinkles which they had nine when i brought them in. These fell basically at all joints around the sleeves, collar, etc. Was not happy as I would expect them to come back pressed and wrinkle free. Now i need to invest in a steamer.
So far I've been impressed with the service here. The staff is always friendly and my clothes come back on-time and properly pressed. I know, I know... that's their job, but clearly some in the industry can't quite figure it out - ever. Come on, you know what I'm talking about. The owners and staff here seem to genuinely care. I received a great welcome email after my first visit - seriously it was fantastic - and then a hand-written 'Thank You' card as well - see the images I shared. Again, more than I've come to expect from a dry cleaner. Keep up the great work, guys. I think you're onto something here. And for anyone reading this, definitely give these guys a try. You'll be glad you did.
