I brought some "dry clean only" cushion covers in only to be told, a month later, that they refused to do them for fear of shrinking them???? It did take me awhile to get back there to pick them up but in that time they never even bothered to call to let me know they weren't going to do them. What kind of dry cleaners won't dry clean something that says "dry clean only"? Won't be going back there.
